Permission must be obtained prior to returning or exchanging merchandise. Please do not order parts that you do not intend to keep. Exchanges or credits will not be granted later than 30 days after purchase. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds for shipping costs.
All order cancellations or refunds will receive a full refund (not including shipping, handling, or brokerage fees) if received within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied when items are returned and must be sent back in the original packaging with no missing or used components. Orders returned within the 30 day time period that arrive damaged or missing items will not receive a full refund but will be reviewed on a case by case basis depending on the severity of damaged or missing items.
